Delivery Policy

Order processing

• Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• During periods of high demand or during promotions, processing may take up to 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery times and methods

• Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 working days.

Delivery times are provided by the carriers and may vary.

Delivery charges

• In metropolitan France, a contribution to packaging and shipping costs of 2 € including VAT is charged per order. Your order is shipped in a single parcel: the amount remains 2 €, regardless of the number of items.
• This amount is displayed in the cart and before payment is confirmed. No other delivery charge is invoiced.

Order tracking

• Each order shipped is accompanied by a tracking number, sent by email.
• You can track the progress of your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.

Areas served

• We currently deliver to metropolitan France only.
• For delivery outside metropolitan France, contact us at bixar@bixar.co before ordering.

Delays and force majeure

• We are not responsible for delays attributable to carriers, customs or events beyond our control (bad weather, strikes, health crises).
• In the event of a significant delay, contact us at bixar@bixar.co with your order number.

Damaged or lost products

• Please check your parcel as soon as you receive it. If an item is missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48h with supporting photos.
• If the parcel is declared lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Delivery address

• Please make sure you provide a complete and accurate address. We cannot be held responsible if an order cannot be delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
